Grow Your Coaching Business Series

Month 3 | B2B Acquisition and Scaling

Join us for the third event in the Grow Your Coaching Business Series, a direct, zero-fluff, 3-part virtual series designed specifically for ICF Virginia members ready to professionalize their marketing and outreach efforts.

After the Visibility and Capacity Statement sessions, you now know how to be seen and how to describe what you do. This session is about what happens next: knowing what you're actually worth, building a plan flexible enough to catch opportunities you didn't see coming, and doing the human work of connection long before you need the sale.

Session Focus: Developing a Capabilities Statement for Corporate and Government Success

 Date & Time: October 16 | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM EST

️Speaker: Alexa Beavers (The Axela Group) and Kim Catania (Catania Communications)

CCEs: Earn 1 Resource Development Credit (with live participation)

Speaker Bios:

Two female founders, two businesses, one shared belief: the people who grow the most are not the ones chasing the most leads. They're the ones who've built something worth connecting to, and who show up for the relationship before they need anything from it.

Alexa built The Axela Group on the principle of Whole Human Leadership - that who you are and how you lead can't be separated, in the boardroom or in your own business.

Kim built Catania Communications by leveraging the concept of ‘We Get You & You Get Us’ - everyone on her team has ‘carried the bag’, been in the roles, and are experts in innovative customized learning & development programs with exceptional networks and relationships with people at all levels. She weaves in a mix of grit, abundance, and the compassionate human touch, proof that a “soft” approach can build a hard-to-shake business.

Together, drawing on Bob Burg's The Go-Giver, they'll make the case that business development isn't a numbers game. It's a value game, and value only compounds when you give it away first.
