Join fellow crazy coaches for walk and talk in nature at First Landing State Park on Wednesday the 18th! Sue Erickson and I will meet you at 8:00 a.m. at the 64th Street parking lot. If you don't have a park pass, you can park on 64th Street and just walk in. We will meet in the *first parking lot* just past the entry point.
Plan on about 90 minutes for a mile and a half walk where you can see an albino squirrel who guards that territory (maybe, if he decides to show up!), and lots of birds. You may get your feet wet so bring appropriate shoes or plan to take them off and scoot quickly through chilly water! We also do other improvisational stuff like walking on logs to test our balance and peer coaching along the way.
Bring your favorite tea bag - I bring a Jet Boil for hot water and we do a quick yoga/core strength session on the beach at our turnaround point.
