Biography
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Behavioral Consultant and author. I have more than 27 years of professional experience with 20 of those focused on adult learning, leadership, development, organizational design, and coaching and a Master's degree in Adult Learning and HR from Virginia Tech. I have designed and led hundreds of professionals through successful, transformative learning experiences across many organizations and industries including small and large non-profit organizations as well as for-profit industries in architecture, construction, engineering, and government contracting. I have served project managers, people managers, and executives.
