Biography
LouAnne's ikigai is empowering and liberating educators. With 33 years of experience as a teacher and administrator, she partners with K-12 school leaders to address one of the most urgent needs in education today—lifting up and empowering educators to thrive. Through coaching, LouAnne helps her clients navigate the complexities of school leadership, reconnect with their purpose, and embrace their authentic selves to lead enriched, meaningful lives both personally and professionally.
In addition to coaching, LouAnne is a trainer for Coach Training EDU, where she equips aspiring life coaches with the skills and mindset to create meaningful impact. She earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2023 and is deeply committed to fostering a kinder, more sustainable, and equitable future—one that begins with prioritizing the well-being of the educators who shape the next generation.
Outside of coaching and training, LouAnne finds joy in oyster farming, hiking, and preparing slow food for her family—all ways she embraces presence, sustainability, and deep connection.
