Biography
My passion is developing people, programs, and initiatives that bring lasting, positive change and efficiency. With three decades of HR expertise behind me, I now focus solely on consulting, coaching, and training today's and future leaders.
Nautilus Pointe, LLC is an HR consulting and coaching firm. We focus primarily on higher education but also work in other industries such as human services, retail, defense, private museums, and government.
I am also certified as a Title IX Investigator and hold an M.S. in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University/Broad College of Business. I have had my SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications for several years.
I originally hail from Pittsburgh, PA, and have migrated to Moneta/Smith Mountain Lake by way of residing in the State of Indiana for several years, then migrating to Central PA until relocating here permanently in 2022.
