Biography
Jennifer Owen-O'Quill is an executive coach, DEIB facilitator, and organizational consultant who is passionate about coaching leaders and teams to thrive. She understands intimately the connection between a thriving leader and thriving organizations, and focuses on leveraging strengths and building effective strategy to create individual and organizational success. Trust-building is foundational to her practice and she approaches her work with an intentional DEIBJ lens to achieve an organization's strategic aims.
