I’m Stephanie S. Brown, CEO and Founder of FWD Coaching & Consulting, where our mission is simple yet profound: to grow leaders, nurture coaches, and help individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and purpose.
I retired from a rewarding career in federal service after serving in leadership roles such as Chief Learning Officer and across a variety of Human Resources leadership positions, both in government and the private sector. Those years shaped my belief in the transformative power of leadership development, coaching, and investing in people.
Today, I bring that same passion and experience to my work through FWD Coaching & Consulting — a company I founded over five years ago with a clear vision: to create a ripple effect. I believe that for every person I journey alongside, they in turn bring others with them. Coaching and leadership development don’t just change individuals; they change teams, organizations, and communities.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been blessed with coaches who met me exactly where I was and helped me grow into where I was meant to be. Each transformative experience reinforced my calling: to pay it forward. I now serve as a light, sharing my knowledge, experience, and unwavering belief in human potential with every client I work with.
