By the end of this workshop, coaches will be able to:
Identify the basic tenets of Systemic Family Constellation Philosophy and how this knowledge supports coaches in embodying the ICF Core Competencies
Understand the ways in which coaches may inadvertently recreate the parent/child relationship with clients
Understand methods for cultivating balanced relationships with clients that facilitate client growth.
Use the Systemic Family Constellation lens to cultivate trust and safety in coaching relationships with clients.
SPEAKER BIO:
Ellen Browning-Lafferty, PCC, is a certified business and life coach (NYU, 2016), a Systemic Constellations facilitator, and an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the wellness and coaching industries. She works with individuals and organizations to reveal the systemic dynamics that shape behavior, relationships, and outcomes; supporting clients in releasing inherited limitations and reclaiming strengths that promote sustainable growth.
Ellen integrates systemic and somatic approaches into her work and has presented on these topics for multiple International Coaching Federation (ICF) chapters as part of continuing coach education. Her facilitation style is engaging, practical, and rooted in a relational, multi-generational perspective.
