Vishwajeet is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), currently completing her MCC credential, with over 26 years of leadership, coaching, and organizational development experience. He brings dual academic strengths in Computer Science (MSc, MCA) and Business Administration (MBA), coupled with PMP, SAFe, and Agile coaching certifications. Vishwajeet has a rich track record mentoring emerging and senior professionals, evaluating program excellence, and serving on award panels and volunteer judging boards. He is passionate about fostering inclusive coaching cultures and empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.
