Biography
♾️ I help leaders build coaching cultures with ICF-Accredited Coaching, EQ-Focused Leadership Development, and ICF-Approved Coach Training – across our tried and tested marquee programs – delivered through experiential adult-learning methods! According to Shakespeare, I am now in my 5th Act of Life with my “round belly… and wise saws…!” As a parent of four grown children and the leader of a global organization, I appreciate the importance of creating and executing a long-term personal and professional vision. With this appreciation in mind, my focus is now on helping others successfully build coaching cultures so they may achieve their personal and professional long-term visions!
♾️ In my role as 2RL's Chairman, I serve as the Lead facilitator for our marquee training programs:
1) Live Coach Training: ICF-Approved Live Coach Training 3 days per week to assist you in either receiving or maintaining you International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation. This training is provided year-round at 5:00PM Eastern USA time across 125 total sessions focused on either a Coaching Lesson, Coaching Tool, or Coaching Case Study.
2) Customized 4-Day Coach-Training Boot Camps: An accelerated coach training journey with a minimum of ten participants, you will receive 30 hours 30 hours of ICF-approved training, education, and experiential learning. You will graduate from this “Boot Camp” with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences needed to immediately begin Coaching anyone anywhere.
3) Building Your House of Leadership: This 100-day program covers twelve characteristics of leadership – with the purpose of identifying a 30-year personal and professional vision – and then drawing a blueprint at 5 years, 1 year, and daily actions necessary to fulfill that vision!
4) Freelance Coaching Entrepreneurs: This self-paced program is for anyone who wants to achieve career self-determination by breaking free from their current unfulfilling job through becoming an accredited Coach while also obtaining proficiency in the Freelance Labor Market and Entrepreneurial Skills.
5) Building a Coaching Culture: This self-paced program is for Leaders of complex organizations that need to become "Employers of Choice" in the hyper-competitive 21st Century labor market!
6) Mentor Coaching: Acquire the 10 hours of required Mentor Coaching needed for any ICF Coaching Credential. Conducted over ten one-hour sessions with an ICF-Accredited Mentor across a minimum of twelve weeks from start to finish.
